Membership

Homeopathy is a system of medicine where we not just treat the disease but we treat the patient as a whole and cure the disease from its root and this is called constitutional homeopathy treatment.

To cure of disease from its root it is essential to continue the treatment for a certain period without a break. Only regularity in taking medicine will be helpful to increase immunity and it will only lengthen the duration of treatment.

To encourage this habit of taking medicines regularly, we have designed various membership plans by which the charges are substantially discounted.

OUR ONLY AIM IS THAT YOU SHOULD CONTINUE THE TREATMENT WITHOUT A BREAK WHICH IS BENEFICIAL TO YOUR HEALTH.

Refund Policy

The start of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.

• The patient seeking a refund of medicines has to inform in writing for a request of refund.
• Refund is applicable only for patients residing in India.
• Refunds are to be done at the head branch only. Complaints can be lodged in the same branch.
• Refunds will only be made in the patient’s bank account from which payment is done initially. No cash refund will be made.
• Refund requests for online treatment will be entertained only during the first 2 months of the treatment. If you are not happy with the treatment, inform us within the first 2 months of the treatment. Any request after 2 months of treatment will be not entertained.
• All unused medications in their original packing along with the registration card have to be sent to us before applying for a refund.
• 300/- will be deducted if the registration card is lost.
• Your dues will be settled in 14 days and a refund of the balance amount will be transferred as per your given account details. No refund will be made in cash.
• Your dues will be settled after deducting the medicinal and consultation charges from the date of joining the membership. The medicinal, consultation charges, and courier charges will be calculated as per the prevalent rate for consultation and medicine from the date of joining till the date of cancellation whether you have taken treatment or not during that period.

In case of a Refund for online treatment following charges will be deducted

1. Consultation & Registration fees: (Rs. 1000)
2. Handling charges: (Rs. 500)
3. Weekly charges: Rs 400 per week will be charged, from the date of dispatch to the date of refund request

NOTE: The medicine name will not be disclosed on any refund request. Please read the policy on prescriptions for any request. The membership plan cannot be transferred to another patient. The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing Policies

All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are not guaranteed, except that price for an order that has been accepted by Afecto Homeopathy, Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any State or other authority. All such taxes, duties, or other charges shall be paid by Buyer unless Buyer shall provide Seller an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities. Afecto Homeopathy reserves the right to refuse orders which may be submitted to it and will not be bound to fill any orders unless or until they have been accepted by Afecto Homeopathy.

Ideas

Patients/Users are welcome to share their Ideas/suggestions for the improvement of the things/working whichever he/she observed while visiting website or clinics for the treatment. This solely depends on Afecto authorities to decide to apply the ideas/suggestions of patients/users.
